Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) can provide effective therapy for people adapting to long term illnesses, symptoms and disability. This training provides a basic outline of the growing evidence base for managing physical health with ACT.

The British Psychological Society & Health and Social Care Council require Psychologists to maintain safe and effective practice. We provide individual and group Health Psychology supervision sessions via skype, telephone or e-mail.
