The training materials include information about the model and references, examples of good practice and challenges of deliivering ACT within applied health psychology practice. They provide you with a comprehensive overview of the ACT Model, ethos and evidence base, tailored to HP and working with physical health conditions and clients and gives knowledge and clinical skills to conduct ACT assessment, formulation and intervention. These training materials are valuable to practitioners who wish to develop their knowledge and skills in ACT techniques and interventions so that they work more effectively with health psychology clients and problems.


The 1 hour of professional coaching from Sasha Cain, SCPS Consultant Health Psychologist gives you a tailored training experience, allowing you to prioritise your learning needs (clarify, ask questions, practice skills) so that you can learn to apply your training directly to your clients, workplace challenges and interests.
