They provide you with a comprehensive overview of the ACT Model, ethos and evidence base, tailored to HP and working with physical health conditions and clients and gives knowledge and clinical skills to conduct ACT assessment, formulation and intervention. These training materials are valuable to practitioners who wish to develop their knowledge and skills in ACT techniques and interventions so that they work more effectively with health psychology clients and problems.
