This 3-hour video session develops your personal resilience to support you in your professional and private life. This training also teaches you a model of resilience development that you can apply in your applied practice.
The interactive video provides an overview of challenging life experiences, outlining the "stages of psychological adjustment" model. The materials then support you, step-by-step to develop your own strengths based personal resilience model to use in your day to day life. The training provides you with protected time to develop yourself, to take time away from the daily stressors, checking with yourself on how you are coping, reconnecting with your key strengths and planning for how to integrate these into your daily coping strategies.
The 1 hour of professional coaching from Sasha Cain, SCPS Consultant Health Psychologist, gives you a tailored experience, allowing you to prioritise your session needs (clarify, ask questions, develop your personal plan, problem solve) so that you can learn to apply this directly to your personal development or to your clients, workplace challenges and interests.
