ACT training is highly relevant for Health Psychology, as it seeks to validate the adverse experiences that can be the day-to-day life of someone living with a long-term condition. This training gives you the information, examples of good practice and challenges of deliivering ACT within applied health psychology practice.

 

With an overview of the ACT Model, ethos and evidence base for working with physical health conditions and clients this training gives knowledge and clinical skills to conduct ACT assessment, formulation and intervention. Suitable for practitioners who wish to develop their knowledge and skills in ACT techniques and interventions so that they work more effectively with health psychology clients and problems.

 

This training with equip you with the skills to begin to develop your own HP ACT practice.
